Welcome to Jump High Jumpers! By using our website or booking our party rental services, you agree to follow the Terms & Conditions outlined below. Please read them carefully before placing a reservation or interacting with our business online.
1. Use of Website
Our website is intended to help you learn about our inflatable rentals, check availability, and request quotes or place bookings. You agree to use the site responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws. Any misuse of the site, such as attempting to interfere with our operations or other users, is strictly prohibited.
2. Booking Eligibility
All rental reservations must be made by individuals who are 18 years or older. While many of our products are designed for children’s entertainment, the rental agreement must be signed by a legal adult who accepts full responsibility for the equipment and all participants. Adult supervision is required at all times during use of our inflatables and other rentals.
3. Rental Terms
Each rental is subject to the terms outlined in our Rental Agreement, which you will review and sign at the time of booking or delivery. By reserving equipment from Jump High Jumpers, you agree to supervise its use, follow all safety guidelines provided, and ensure the equipment is not misused or damaged. You also agree to be liable for any loss or injury resulting from negligence or failure to comply with our safety instructions.
4. Payment, Deposits & Cancellations
All rentals require a deposit or full payment at the time of booking. Payments are non-refundable. If you need to cancel, please do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled event to receive a raincheck valid for one year. Same-day cancellations will result in forfeiture of all payments. In the event of inclement weather (such as high winds or lightning), Jump High Jumpers may cancel at our discretion and issue a full credit for future use. Once setup begins onsite, payments are non-refundable.
5. Delivery & Setup
Our delivery windows are based on logistics and volume. Typically, we arrive 1 to 3 hours before your event. During peak seasons or high-demand weekends, setup may occur up to 4 hours in advance. We will confirm your delivery time the day before your scheduled event. Please ensure your setup location is clean, clear, and accessible.
6. Safety & Liability
Jump High Jumpers is not responsible for injuries, property damage, or other losses resulting from the use or misuse of rented equipment. All items are delivered clean and inspected for safety. However, once delivered, responsibility for proper use falls to the renter. You agree to provide continuous supervision, follow all guidelines, and operate equipment only as intended.
7. Website Accuracy
We work hard to ensure that all descriptions, images, availability, and pricing on our website are accurate and up to date. However, occasional errors may occur. Jump High Jumpers reserves the right to correct any inaccuracies, update availability, and cancel or modify reservations made under incorrect terms without prior notice.
8. Indemnification
By using our services, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Jump High Jumpers, its staff, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, or legal expenses resulting from your use of our rentals or website. This includes any breach of these Terms & Conditions or failure to follow safety protocols.
9. Intellectual Property
